We’re proud to announce our official affiliation with the Armed Forces Covenant.
The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families – including the bereaved – should be treated with fairness and respect.
It’s about making sure of fair treatment in the workplace, creating opportunities, and fostering a culture that values their unique skills and experiences.
Why does this matter? Because the logistics of life – such as finding a good job, setting up a business, or getting support from the community – shouldn’t be a battle for those who’ve already fought theirs.
For us, this commitment means practical action. We’re supporting employment pathways for ex-forces personnel and recognising that skills and experience gained in the military can be hugely valuable for civilian roles.
We’ve long believed in driving change with real impact. Alongside our Net Zero by 2040 pledge and commitment to protecting our local environment, we’re extending that ethos to championing those who have served. To all those in the armed forces community: we see you, we value you, and we’re with you.
