EVCharge Live UK 2026 with Andrew Tucknott

Tomsetts’ Andrew Tucknott Takes to the Stage at EVCharge Live UK 2026

Tomsetts Distribution’s Managing Director, Andrew Tucknott, joined industry experts and business leaders at EVCharge Live UK 2026, held at the NEC Birmingham from 22–24 September.

One of the UK’s leading events dedicated to electric vehicle charging and infrastructure, EVCharge Live brought together fleet operators, charging specialists, technology providers and policymakers to explore the challenges and opportunities surrounding the transition to electric transport.

Running alongside Solar & Storage Live UK, the three-day exhibition and conference featured discussions on fleet electrification, charging infrastructure, energy management and the practical steps needed to support the UK’s transition to cleaner transport.

Sharing a transport operator’s perspective

Andrew was invited to speak at the event, bringing the perspective of an independent, family-run logistics business actively working towards a lower-carbon future.

With Tomsetts already investing in electric HGV technology, more efficient fleet operations and its wider On the Road to Net Zero programme, the company has first-hand experience of the opportunities and challenges facing smaller transport operators.

Taking part in an event of this scale provided a valuable opportunity to contribute to the industry conversation and share experiences with organisations working towards a more sustainable future for commercial transport.

Tomsetts was delighted to be represented at EVCharge Live UK and to play a part in discussions helping shape the next generation of transport and logistics.
